My bags are FULL and HEAVY!
At the present time there is great difficulty getting lactose free formula which some babies require. If you happen to be coming to Roatan please bring a few containers as every little bit adds up.
I have a friend joining me in October so if you want to send some items after I leave on Saturday send me an email at roatancabana@gmail.com.
